Track: This region of southwest New Hampshire is named for the peak that dominates its skyline. If there is a finer season to visit, no one knows it. Temperatures drop and leaves follow, but not before a fiery fight. Look out any window and it is like seeing a painting reveal its vibrant colors. In the middle of nature's show is Keene, known for its celebration of the Fall - and home to the Historical Society of Cheshire County. This organization exhibits and interprets many of the artifacts and much of the history of this region.
Hello, I'm Richard Ager and welcome to our Monadnock Regional Roundtable on NH Outlook. Joining us at the Historical Society of Cheshire County: Paul Miller, managing editor of the Keene Sentinel; Priscilla Miller, reporter for the Monadnock Ledger Transcript; Donna Moxley, front page editor for the Sentinel and Monadnock correspondent for NHPR; Danny Mitchell, morning host on WKBK AM. Welcome all.
